It’s likely Holcomb is coming in to fill the loss of former Steelers middle linebackers Devin Bush and Robert Spillane, who signed with the Las Vegas Raiders on Tuesday.
Holcomb will likely get the opportunity to compete for the starting role against a rookie that the Steelers are now rumored to be targeting in the upcoming NFL Draft.
