Steelers Safety Damontae Kazee agrees to a 2-year deal

The Steelers have resigned one of their own today, bringing back Safety Damontae Kazee to a two-year deal originally reported by Jordan Schultz of The Score.

Kazee had a PFF overall grade of 81, recording 14 solo tackles, two stops, and two interceptions, with 193 coverage snaps in 2022.

As of this writing, the Steelers still have safety needs, as Terrell Edmunds is a free agent. If the Steelers don’t address their safety needs in free agency, they could be eying one within the upcoming NFL Draft.
