Cornerback is a position the Steelers have been eyeing leading up to the NFL Draft. They have looked at many names at CB. Add Kelee Ringo to the mix as they held a private dinner meeting with the Georgia Bulldog defensive back.
Both the Steelers and Saints held private dinner meetings with Georgia CB Kelee Ringo over the last few weeks, per source.

Kelee Ringo missed his first year at Georgia in 2020 due to a labrum injury, thus redshirting. He began playing in 2021 when he was a part of the dominant Georgia defense that won back-to-back National Championship games where during the 2022 National Championship game, he returned an interception for a touchdown.
Kelee Ringo finished his Georgia career playing only two years but producing 76 total tackles (63 solos), three tackles for loss, one sack, 15 passes defended, 1 FF, and 4 INTs (1 returned for a TD).
Ringo is a big name coming into the NFL Draft at his position based on his resume and services at Georgia. He is a gifted athlete that has a rare combination of size (6’2″, 207 lbs.) and speed (4.36) at CB.
He does, however, carry some concern to the NFL level. Playing only two years in college may not help his stock, as well as his inconsistencies in coverage and stiff hips at his size.
Because of this, it has led to the discussion of him possibly moving to Safety, which is intriguing given his size and speed, but it may be best for him if he can’t work on his raw mechanics.
With CB and Safety considered needs for the Steelers, Ringo is certainly somebody they will keep a close eye on.
